Policy carefully before placing your order.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after 
payment is received.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time depends on where your order ships from:

- Items shipped from Denmark/EU: [insert your actual timeframe, 
  e.g. 1–3 business days] for customers in Denmark.
- Items shipped from Nepal: please allow 7–14 business days for 
  delivery, depending on your location and customs processing.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, 
which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard shipping: our most economical option, with delivery 
  times as outlined above.
- Express shipping: a faster option where available, at an 
  additional cost. Exact delivery time depends on destination and 
  will be shown at checkout.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, 
destination, and shipping method selected. The exact cost is 
displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, 
including full name, street address, city, postal code, and 
country. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery 
caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by 
the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We ship internationally, including within the EU and worldwide. 
For shipments outside the EU, you may be responsible for customs 
duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These 
charges are outside our control and are not included in the 
purchase price or shipping cost.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email 
with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery online.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the 
expected delivery window, please contact us at 
info@beadsjoycrafts.com as soon as possible. We will work with you 
to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund, 
in accordance with your rights as a consumer under Danish and EU 
law.
